Judging Criteria

The selection of awardees will take into account the following aspects:

• the applicant's personal aspiration, achievements and talent in his/her field
• the applicant's potential for further career pursuit in the design profession
• the applicant's possible contribution to the development of design and innovation in Hong Kong in future
• the applicant's plan for using the award
• the applicant's portfolio and design works submitted
• the applicant's presentational skills
• the applicant's passion to gain experience and exposure by undergoing overseas training/work attachment

Judging Process

A Judging Panel has been set up to select the awardees. It is chaired by the Acting Head of Create Hong Kong and includes reputable designers and prominent industrialists and business leaders.
